Market bump-in will take place after midday on Friday 20 November. Bump-out will take place once the market closes at 4pm Saturday 21 November.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can apply?We accept applications from South Australians who work with ceramics.
We will also consider applications from South Australian tool makers who specialise in tools for potters.
Please note that you must have an ABN and Public Liability Insurance.
Can groups/clubs apply?Existing clubs/collectives are welcome to apply eg potters clubs. We will not accept groups who have formed to present work together only at the market - this is not what our group stalls are for.
Your club/collective needs to operate under a name that matches your ABN, and will also need Public Liability Insurance.
Can I share my stall?We do not accept applications for shared stalls.
Can I trade for one day only?We are looking to create a vibrant market space with stallholders who will be present at the market for both days.
Fees & inclusions
Stall fees are all inclusive, providing you with a beautiful space inside the historic Woodville Town Hall. We are still working on our floorplan to ensure the best market experience for stallholders and visitors. The minimum size for all stalls will be 1.5×2m - but we will confirm with you at the time of offering you a stall. All stall will include one standard trestle table at no extra cost, as well as a 1.8m high velcro friendly back wall for your to add your own signage and flair to.
Our team will market the event to the very best of our abilities ensuring that visitors to Adelaide Ceramic Fair are enthusiastic ceramic collectors.
All stalls are $435 including GST.

Submit your application
Applications will open on 19 July and close on 2 August.
We cannot accept late applications.
Applications are reviewedA peer assessment panel of South Australian ceramicists will assess all applications.
Stallholder notificationsApplicants will be notified about the outcome of their application by email.
Please note that we are unable to provide feedback to those who are unsuccessful.
Acceptance & paymentSuccessful applicants will have two weeks to make payment of their invoice and accept terms and conditions.
Our 2026 line up will be publicly announced on 1 September.
What is the peer assessment panel looking for in your application?
Your application is your chance to ensure that the panel knows everything they need to know - take the time to answer questions, select your best images, and ensure that your application will reflect what you will bring on market day.
In 2025 we received a high number of applicants, and anticipate a higher number in 2026. We have a limited number of spaces and do need to make challenging decisions.
Your work must be yours, original, and handmade here in South Australia.
We do not accept images created using Ai.
